Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or prefer to process a refund.
**While we do offer free shipping worldwide, unfortunately, there are a select few countries that we are unable to ship to, this is something out of our control. 2. Shipping Times
Order Processing takes 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. The Shipping (timeframe, as stated on the product page) is 3 to 7 business days, and the Delivery is 3 to 7 business days. Therefore, your order may be delivered within up to 14 business days in total.
The shipping times provided are only estimates and may differ from those shown on the sales page. Delivery times may change or be delayed due to public holidays, external issues, or factors beyond our control.

3. Returns
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Returns will only be accepted in cases of defective products or incorrect items sent.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Change Of Delivery Address
Unfortunately, we do not have the facility to change the delivery address once this has been entered at the time of purchase.
4.2 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will process a refund for this item and the remaining items on the order will be shipped as normal.
4.3 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded 30 days please contact us directly with your order number.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels In Transit
Bagdise cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the courier for stolen and/or lost shipments.
Bagdise is not responsible for misdelivery errors via courier, or incorrect shipping information.
