Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide, subject to carrier availability.
If shipping is not available to a specific destination, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

3. Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the destination and carrier availability.

These shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, local carrier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays. We do not guarantee delivery within these exact time frames, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Many destinations qualify for free shipping, when available.
If shipping charges apply, the final cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order details.
No additional shipping fees will be charged after checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become available, depending on the carrier and the destination country.
6. Shipping Issues
Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipping issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Delayed shipping
If shipping exceeds 30 business days from the date of shipment, customers should contact us at support@bolsnik.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms that the shipment has been lost, a replacement or refund will be issued, according to customer preference and product availability.
Damaged during transit: Customers must contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.
We may also ask you to keep the damaged product and packaging for carrier inspection, where required.
8. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Sales tax or VAT may be included in the product price, where applicable.
Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s authorities.
Bolsnik is not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before processing has begun.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may still be able to request a return after delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
