Refund & Return Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns due to a change of mind or non-defective items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label, depending on your location.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care goods (such as opened beauty or hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or final sale items, unless they are defective.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union – 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union (including Italy), you have the legal right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the item. To exercise this right, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery.
As above, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.
This legal right is included within our overall 30-day return period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bolsnik.com.
