Cancellations can only be requested before an order is processed.
Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is also not possible.

The product must be returned in its original condition, without excessive use, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs, including any customs or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
c) Defective or Damaged Products

d) Customized or Promotional Products

Customized or promotional items cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or shipping errors.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
