Refund / Return Policies

Please contact us via email at support@bolsnik.com before returning any item.

Bolsnik offers a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged products, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return, as long as the product has not been used, whether for a short or long period. We do not accept exchanges or returns due to change of mind, only for products that are defective or damaged.

  • If customers receive defective or damaged products, they will not have to bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the package is refused, 10% of the refund amount will be deducted as a shipping fee.

Please note:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, along with any accessories, documents, and tags provided with your order.

Returns from “Buy One, Get One Free” promotions will be prorated across all qualifying items and applied to the refund or credit amount. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. Allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. If you return part of an order that was part of a promotion, your refund may be reduced.

We strive to provide feedback within 1–3 business days.

Please email support@bolsnik.com with your order number and return request to make sure your purchase is eligible for a return. After approval, we will send you the return address. Kindly inform us of the shipping carrier you chose and the return tracking number once available.


How to Return

Email support@bolsnik.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Attach photos showing the items in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

Proof of purchase is required.

We will provide the return address via email. Please do not send your return to the address on the package.

Share the return tracking number with us for faster processing.

Allow 3–6 business days for our warehouse to inspect the returned items.


Cancellation

Our customer service hours are until 6:00 PM. Cancellation requests sent after this time may not be processed in time, as order processing takes place daily for all purchases made up to 8:00 PM, between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM.

Tracking codes are sent to customers the following morning. Note: in some cases, the sending of the tracking code may be delayed; however, this does not mean that the order has not been processed.

Cancellations can only be made before the order enters processing. Once processing has begun, it will no longer be possible to cancel.


Exchange

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind. Only products that arrive defective or damaged, and are proven at the time of delivery, can be exchanged. We do not accept exchanges for products after they have been used, whether for a short or long period of time.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

First, check your bank account again.

Second, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Third, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
